Australia's Biggest Killer?

Australia's Biggest Killer?

Hello seniors! I loved the way you reflected on the story of St Joseph Cupertino. Thank you very much. Your (next) mission, should you choose to accept it, is commenting on the following videos. They are about a very sensitive, but important health topic - Obesity.

In the first video the presenter asks: What is Australia's biggest killer? Is it snakes? Sharks? Road accidents?

His suprising answer is: Not even close. It's heart disease and it kills 48,000 people each year and one of its biggest causes is this - Obesity.

Check it out, http://www.abc.net.au/btn/story/s2345631.htm then you can watch the second video if you don't mind listening to some boring guy! ..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J39qpZ3ujyo&feature=em-upload_owner#action=share

After watching the videos, ask yourself if you would like to eat a burger and fries? Is your answer different to the answer you might have given before? Anyhow, please tell me about your reaction to these presentations. I will post your comments directly on this blog page (Mrs Watson willing!)

. . . Time permitting

. . . By the way, great Christmas story that St Joseph's told at the Moora performing arts centre last night (2nd December).

. . . I'm not really very Sador likeCryingthat you din't get the chance to comment.
